I understand when it comes to limited editions in particular, it is important to keep the release special. Therefore I will never re-release or extend a limited edition. I may however release the same image as both a limited and open edition. The limited edition will have some sort of difference to it which makes it special and fancy compared to the open edition. For example, I may make a special artistic border for the image and/or do embellishments. Limited Editions will also be signed and numbered.

Reproductions of paintings/drawings: these are always done as giclée prints (high quality inkjet). These prints are made using top notch production methods (printers made specifically for high end fine art reproductions) and materials (long lasting archival paper, lightfast fade resistant pigmented inks) are used and no expense is spared on making the ultimate print of a piece that will be as close to the original as it gets and will last for generations if stored or properly framed and cared for.

Screen/Block: There may also be silk screen or lino block type prints that may come from time to time in limited editions. These would all be hand printed by me using top quality materials.

I’ve done limited edition posters in the past, but probably will keep poster style prints as open edition, not signed or numbered in the future.
