Cancelations

An order can be cancelled up until it is shipped. After that, you’ll have to ship it back at your cost to receive a full refund (less shipping cost). Please email me at info@poxodd.com immediately if you wish to cancel or have any modifications you’d like to make to your order. If a shipping label hasn’t been generated yet, it is likely cancellation will be possible. Cancellation window may be short depending on when you order. I make an effort to ship quickly as I assume most customers would prefer their order ship asap rather than have a longer cancellation window.

Please verify the address provided to ship your order to is current and accurate. I will not be held liable for orders shipped to the wrong location.

Refunds

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund.

Once an item is marked by tracking as “delivered” to the address you provided, it is now your responsibility if the package is not able to be located (you may need to go to the post provider if it has possibly been misdelivered or Police if theft is suspected). I am happy to help provide any needed information to assist in an investigation.

If the contents of the package have been damaged, please let me know immediately. If it is not an Original or Limited Edition, I may let you keep it and provide a full or partial refund. Otherwise, I will pay for you to send it back and be repaired and sent back to you for free, or be refunded, whichever you prefer (repair may or may not be an option depending on damage).

To be eligible for a return that is not due to error on my part, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (Name and Order # will suffice).

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting me first.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
