Spring Feeling

This is a new 12″ X 12″ watercolor and ink on mounted xuan (bamboo pulp paper) artwork.

I started this piece by tracing around my hand!

It’s called ‘Spring Feeling’ to remind us all we might want to befriend some nature and take the time to feel the spring…. with our hands. Perhaps you want to caress some flower buds, or drag your hand across the humid breeze of an incoming spring rain.

I’m going to make sure I wear my fingerless gloves because my hands get chilly if it’s not summer temps.
